THE SETTING
What to know about Z
Z is one of the sections grouped under Quail Hollow in this guide. It is a southwest option to compare for Belle Terre routes and the setting of the individual property. The letter is useful for orientation, but it does not describe every home’s outlook or road access.
At this part of the shortlist, small rank differences should carry little weight. A home that fits your needs and a lot you enjoy may be the stronger choice regardless of its section’s position. Compare Z with K and LL using actual addresses rather than a shared neighborhood name.
Picture your everyday routine
Trace the connections from the property to Belle Terre and the places you use regularly. During the neighborhood visit, note what borders the lot and how the road network connects. These observations make a comparison between southwest addresses much more concrete.
TAKE A CLOSER LOOK
On a first visit
- Compare the actual road connections from Z with those from a K or LL property.
- Check the outlook and current use of adjoining parcels.
- Give the house and lot more weight than a small difference in the ranking.
The property makes the difference
A strong home and lot can outweigh small differences in the ranking. Verify road connections and nearby land use for the exact address.
